Cheshire East Highways will be carrying out ā€˜dig-down investigationsā€™ on Watery Lane, for which the road will be closed between the junctions with Newcastle Road (A34) and Fence Lane fromĀ Monday 23 MayĀ toĀ Friday 27 May.

The recommended diversion is via Newcastle Road (A34), Astbury village, Peel Lane, Dodds Lane, Mow Lane and Fence Lane.
