United Utilities have submitted an immediate works permit to carry out an emergency road closure on Watery Lane, Congleton. The closure is likely to last from today, Friday 14 January, to Thursday 20 January.

We do not yet know the reason or extent of the closure, or any proposed diversion route: this notice will be updated when we receive further information.
