Neighbourhood Plan approved

Our updated Neighbourhood Plan was approved by Cheshire East Council on 17 January 2025. This means that all planning applications in our two parishes must take account of our Neighbourhood Plan’s policies, alongside the National Planning Policy Framework and the Cheshire East Local Plan.
